Trainers & Developers for K-12 Professional Development (Full Time & Part Time Opportunities)


We are looking for dynamic and experienced educators to deliver continuing professional development workshops for teachers and administrators in private schools across the GCC.

Our professional development programs introduce educators to big ideas in 21st century teaching and learning, applied to the unique context of the Gulf’s private schools. Training workshops are held during school, after school, and on weekends.

Qualifications & Experience

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5+ years teaching experience
  • 5+ years experience facilitating professional development
  • Experience developing professional development programs
  • Teaching credentials (Bachelor of Education or equivalent)
  • Graduate degree in education (Masters of Education)
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written)
  • Ability to integrate technology-based instructional approaches in training


  • Contribute to the design and development of professional development workshops
  • Deliver training workshops as needed (including weekends, after school, during school hours, and online)
  • Conduct teaching observations as needed and provide feedback for ongoing reflective practice
  • Complete individualized performance appraisals of teachers over the span of training modules
  • Contribute to Razi’s thought-leadership activities by contributing content and facilitating seminars
