Razi’s CEO, Ahmad Talal Ahdab, attended the 2nd annual Muslim Universities Vice-Chancellors’ and Presidents’ Forum on December 3-4, 2012 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
The forum was attended by leaders of many illustrious Muslim universities including Al-Azhar University (Egypt), Ezzitouna University (Tunisia), and numerous other world renowned institutions from across the Muslim world.
Mr. Ahdab delivered a keynote address to the forum’s attendees titled: Islamic Education: From Theory to Practice. He discussed the future of Islamic Education and the need for contextually relevant solutions in today’s institutions. He also highlighted Razi’s Islamic Teacher Education Program as a case study of such a solution.
Mr. Ahdab was awarded a Fellowship by University Sains Malaysia, who were the hosts of this year’s forum.
